Top 10 Best Indian TV Shows/Serials (According to Me) | 2020

Top 10 Best Indian TV Shows/Serials (According to Me) | 2020

When it comes to television, one of the most significant things to consider is which shows and serials are worth watching. Most people tend to jump into a show based on whether they like that particular actor or actress, but it’s important to remember that “everything in life has two sides. If one side looks good, it doesn’t mean the whole thing is good.” There is always another story; there will be some problems, love stories, and so much more in any show and you have to take everything that makes up the show into account when making your choice. The best part? You don’t need to watch all these shows at once! Each of us is doing our best to pick up the threads we want to see in each of the best shows and serials we watch so far this year.

The list has been updated with titles released this month. I have compiled my notes on every title so that anyone who visits my website can find them easily. This includes both Hindi & English titles as well as original, translated, etc. I hope everyone finds something useful here! It would help if the site had an index so that searching for series by name or title will make its way easily out of this page.

Kachcha Hichchand Aise bhi khushboo Ki karban mein Kota Chashmah Rang de Basanti Baap ka Bhojpuri Pyaar Ka Punchnama Naseeruddin Shah Yeh Jawaani Jaane Do Yaari Darlings — Part 1

A very special one among my top ten picks. Released in August on Disney+ Hotstar this season stars Arjun Kapoor, Karan Malhotra, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sanya Malhotra, Saibal Shetty, Sonali Bendre, Prachi Deshmukh, Varun Tej, Vaibhav Dhaka and Saurabh Shobhuraj serving their characters from Khaali Peeli to Naagin opposite Amitabh Bachchan as their mentor. The storyline revolves around a group of friends living in Delhi and trying to get rid of some unwanted memories through songs and dance forms. Every episode follows the theme of “Shubh Ke Ghar Woh Ho Main”, a song popularized by Satyendra Kumar. My favourite part about this season was seeing how each character made their entry into the world of music and dancing. They did not just do what was expected of them but tried to learn and grow along the way. We already know how good this team is as shown by their performance in the Academy Awards where they won three awards — Best Actor Award, Best Actress Award and Best Supporting Actor Award — which were also the first ones ever presented by India. Now let's look at some other performances done by this talented bunch of ladies.
